Coco gin

Recipe made in collaboration with Chef Nico Mejía – Sicar Farms

1 Serving


2 oz Gin
2 oz Lime concentrate
3/4 oz Lemon juice
4 oz Coconut water
A few leaves of mint
Half a young coconut


Muddle the mint leaves in the glass, add the other ingredients to the shaker. Mix, strain into the coconut, and garnish with mint and lemon.
