Hylocereus Undatus. The dragon fruit is an oval shaped berry, about 6-12cm in diameter and red or yellow in color. Most species have a fleshy epidermis with triangular bracts of waxy appearance. The pulp of the fruit is translucent, containing many black seeds inside.
