SiCar Farms promotes education in Colima with the graduation of 30 students from the Technical Baccalaureate in Sales

That’s why we proudly partnered with the University of Colima to develop and implement a Technical Baccalaureate in Sales, a program designed to provide workers with new professional development opportunities while also strengthening the productive sector in Colima.
Yesterday, at the Centro de Tecnología Educativa (Educational Technology Center) on the Tecomán Campus, a graduation ceremony was held for 30 students who successfully completed this academic milestone. All graduates are active workers at SiCar Farms who received full scholarships as part of the company’s ongoing efforts to support its people and invest in their future.
An alliance that changes lives
This educational initiative is the result of a valuable alliance between SiCar Farms and the University of Colima, based on a shared commitment to improve the quality of life of workers and promote access to quality education. The curriculum was developed jointly by both institutions, ensuring its relevance to the labor needs of the agro-industrial sector.
The goal of this program is clear: to provide workers with the necessary tools to advance in their careers, take on leadership roles, and expand their knowledge in areas such as customer service, business strategy, and communication.
